Abstract | Career motivation is related to career choice. Several studies of Bulgarian students’ career motivation were conducted in 2007, 2013 and 2015. A questionnaire based on Moses typology of career motivators was used. The studied students were compared by specialties and years of study. Several career motivators have been stable during the years. More and more Stability seeking is substituting Lifestylers (private life is more important than professional duties are) as leading career motivation. |
