Article Processing Charges
All editorial procedures, routine operation of the journal, processing of manuscripts through peer-reviews, abstracting and indexing, and the provision and maintenance of a publication infrastructure, the journal charges article processing fee. Such a fee can normally be defrayed by the author's institution or research funds.
The amount of article processing charges (APC) for JBSE is 450 EUR per one paper. Additional page charge above fifteen (A4) pages - 25 EUR for each additional page. JBSE is committed to keep its publication charges at a minimum level. Some additional charges can be applied for editing (additional proofreading) and postage.
The acceptance of a manuscript is based on the outcome of the peer-review procedure. The authors do not need to pay if the manuscript is rejected.
Article processing charges (APC) do not entitle the authors to receive reprints of their published article. Reprints can be ordered separately and optionally for any article that has been published in a JBSE journal.
