It was empirically established that youth groups subject to the level of orderliness are different in performing both prevenient and executive parts of joint activity. The process of social oasis design based upon social learning and working out adequate social technologies makes it possible to improve gifted teenagers motivation. Combination of social cognition and social action makes it possible to perform social renovation of youth personality and reach higher level of small groups{\textquoteright} social maturity.
