Abstract | In this article the authors reflect on the problem of introduction the system of quality management into High School. They have analyzed the process of making quality management system in the pedagogical university where they work. The authors think that quality management should realize in accordance with the process approach. The basis of the quality management of a company contains four groups of indices: satisfaction of the staff, resultness and effectness of the inner activity processes, satisfaction of consumers, financial results. The position of the authors includes the idea that only satisfied staff can provide good ultimate results through optimized processes, which are directed to the satisfaction of consumers. Such satisfaction leads to appearing a new personal characteristic – initiativity. At the same time the initiativity is the criterion of the employee’s satisfaction and his join into the process of the management of a company. |
