Abstract

The evaluation of pre-school educational institution teacher‘s professional activity quality is one of the most important tasks for us. The article deals with pre-school educational institution teacher‘s pedagogical activity quality problem as a component of junior course students‘ preparation for educational practice. The offered criteria correspond to the principles of personal activity approach to teaching and upbringing. Studying of the difficulties, junior course students of psychology face during the process of their first educational practice, revealed a complex of conditions as a very important constituent causing these difficulties, related to insufficient mastering of theoretical basis of certain branches of psychology and also absence of systematic observation experience.
