Our last research called „Teamwork in Education” is being continued now, based on Hungarian economical companies which were asked about teamwork. Herewith our target was to find features of organizational teamwork in the economical life among small-, medium and big companies. We compare these results with features of educational teamwork, because there is a big responsibility of higher education to communicate it at a high level to the students or create the right conditions to develop their skills for teamwork.
Results of questionnaires are analyzed with SPSS program (statistics of factor analyses). The results of this research can be used not only in organizational life to give tips and advice to management how to manage their employees' work and knowledge sharing. These results can be used in the development of education and teaching methods. We are going to write about this research and its results in this paper.</style>
<work-type><style face="normal" font="default" size="100%">Original article</style></work-type><section><style face="normal" font="default" size="100%">74-82</style></section></record><record><source-app name="Biblio" version="7.x">Drupal-Biblio</source-app><ref-type>17</ref-type><contributors><authors><author><style face="normal" font="default" size="100%">Andrea Bencsik</style></author><author><style face="normal" font="default" size="100%">Erzsébet Noszkay</style></author><author><style face="normal" font="default" size="100%">Ildiko Marosi</style></author></authors></contributors><titles><title><style face="normal" font="default" size="100%">TEAMWORK IN EDUCATION</style></title><secondary-title><style face="normal" font="default" size="100%">Problems of Education in the 21st Century </style></secondary-title></titles><keywords><keyword><style face="normal" font="default" size="100%">knowledge management system</style></keyword><keyword><style face="normal" font="default" size="100%">teamwork</style></keyword></keywords><dates><year><style face="normal" font="default" size="100%">2009</style></year><pub-dates><date><style face="normal" font="default" size="100%">January/2009</style></date></pub-dates></dates><urls><web-urls><url><style face="normal" font="default" size="100%">http://oaji.net/articles/2017/457-1505027294.pdf</style></url></web-urls></urls><volume><style face="normal" font="default" size="100%">10</style></volume><language><style face="normal" font="default" size="100%">eng</style></language>
<style face="normal" font="default" size="100%">Knowledge is a determinative factor for companies at the competitive market. Demands change very quickly. Organizations may suit these demands if they can build knowledge management system at their companies. One of the most important elements of this process is teamwork. How can we achieve - from teachers to professors at schools and at universities – that children and students should work in teams with pleasure?
This international research started in the year of 2001 in Mexico and from that time a lot of teachers, researchers, professors from different countries have joined it.
The hypothesis was that there are samples in teachers’ behaviour that can be defined in advance and that come from their national cultures especially in the area of teamwork.
We have continued this research by questionnaires and analyzed it with ANOVA and statistics.
We verified our hypothesis, but this research does not postulate every difference between these countries deriving from cultures. The fact that there are various forms of differences refer to attitudes to work, which are fundamental differences (structural and cultural, too).
The results of this research can be used in the development of education and teaching methods first in the university. These results also can be used together with another international research to develop the possibilities and methods of teamwork in education at universities and we can give instructions to management how to motivate their employees to the spontaneous and free decision knowledge sharing. We will write about this research and its results in this paper. </style>
<work-type><style face="normal" font="default" size="100%">Original article</style></work-type><section><style face="normal" font="default" size="100%">9-20</style></section></record><record><source-app name="Biblio" version="7.x">Drupal-Biblio</source-app><ref-type>17</ref-type><contributors><authors><author><style face="normal" font="default" size="100%">Vendel Lőre</style></author><author><style face="normal" font="default" size="100%">Andrea Bencsik</style></author></authors></contributors><titles><title><style face="normal" font="default" size="100%">THE ROLE OF EDUCATION SYSTEM IN KNOWLEDGE TRANSFER AMONG YOUNG PEOPLE</style></title><secondary-title><style face="normal" font="default" size="100%">Problems of Education in the 21st Century </style></secondary-title></titles><keywords><keyword><style face="normal" font="default" size="100%">helpfulness</style></keyword><keyword><style face="normal" font="default" size="100%">knowledge transfer</style></keyword><keyword><style face="normal" font="default" size="100%">teamwork</style></keyword></keywords><dates><year><style face="normal" font="default" size="100%">2008</style></year><pub-dates><date><style face="normal" font="default" size="100%">May/2008</style></date></pub-dates></dates><urls><web-urls><url><style face="normal" font="default" size="100%">http://oaji.net/articles/2014/457-1392233773.pdf</style></url></web-urls></urls><volume><style face="normal" font="default" size="100%">6</style></volume><language><style face="normal" font="default" size="100%">eng</style></language>
<style face="normal" font="default" size="100%">Our investigation is in connection with knowledge management, but we would like to present another aspect of this field. We have investigated the general willingness of knowledge transfer among children and students. The philosophy of our research was that we did not investigate the processes of knowledge transfer among the walls of a company, however, we looked for the basic issue of knowledge management: whether young people are ready to share their knowledge or not. When we were conducting our research, we were looking for the answers of two questions: on the one hand we wanted to know how cultural factors can influence the effectiveness of knowledge transfer, on the other hand we looked for the impact of age, i.e. how one’s age changes helpfulness in the respect of knowledge transfer. So we wanted to know what the role of education system was in this process. We investigated the influence of cultural elements and education systems through two nearby countries: Hungary and Slovakia. We created two samples which included 600-600 people in each country to investigate the difference of cultural environment in the field of knowledge transfer. Our another assumption was that not only the cultural items, but the age can influence knowledge transfer essentially. We could prove the influence of education system with this hypothesis as well.
